Bible Study-The Book of Genesis

Join us for our upcoming Bible Study as we go back to the beginning and look into the Book of Genesis.

Topics we will cover include Creation, God’s covenantal love, the Fall and, the gradual forming of God’s people from Abraham to Joseph.  We will view this beginning of Salvation History in light of its influence on the Old and New Testaments and referencing interpretations of the Doctors of the Church as well as the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Participation in this twelve lesson study will be via Zoom either Wednesday evenings at 7pm or Thursdays at Noon beginning November 17/18 and ending February 23/24 with time off for the holidays.

If you plan to attend, please contact Rick Halsted at [email protected], 334-5402, or leave word at the parish office, 334-3518 to reserve a spot.  We will be using the Ignatius Catholic Study Bible booklet, “Genesis” as our text.
