Adoration is presently being offered Monday through Friday in Room 3 at Guardian Angels. Typically, a person signs up to pray in the Chapel for a 1-hour time frame on the same day each week. These people are called committed adorers.  If one cannot commit to a specific time each week, we also have a list of people, who are willing to be substitutes. Substitutes cover for committed adorer who cannot make it to their weekly hour for whatever reason.

Both committed adorers and substitutes are essential to ensure that he Blessed Sacrament is never left alone on the alter and the Chapel can remain open for visitors.  For more information, please contact Sue or Lou Ann. You may also ask to be added to our weekly newsletter which goes out every Sunday via e-mail and details available hours for the following week.

Divine Mercy Novena

Contact: Harriet Beiter  585-334-2912

As Jesus requested in St. Faustina’s Diary (#1210-1230) the novena is to be prayed beginning on Good Friday through the Saturday before Divine Mercy Sunday (the 1st Sunday after Easter). It includes the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and special prayers which Jesus prepared for each day of the novena.

When St. Pope John Paul canonized Sr. Faustina (making her St. Faustina), he also, on the same day, surprised the entire world by establishing Divine Mercy Sunday (the feast day associated with the message) as a feast day for the entire Church. The feast day falls on the Second Sunday of the Easter season. On that day, John Paul II declared, "This is the happiest day of my life."  For more information: https://www.thedivinemercy.org/
